Yesterday we had aircon installed at our holiday apartment in Dénia.
The guys who installed it were excellent Kind, efficient and worked quickly and cleanly. They kept us informed of their progress at all times and kept dust and dirt to a minimum.
I would thoroughly recommend K& M. The whole process was much easier than I had imagined and everyone I dealt with were helpful in the extreme.

K&M installed 5 airco's 1,5 years ago and we were so happy with them. Recently powerproblems started to rise and I was thinking one of the airco's was the root cause. James and the K&M team put in a lot of effort and patience to help me out. End of story was that the problem was in my home installation and had nothing to do with the airco's. Big thanks for K&M for helping out and solving the power problem. Not to forget to mention that we are still very happy with the airco's.

Wij hebben een paar maanden geleden 2 nieuwe Mitsubishi airco laten plaatsen door K&M. De bestelling via de mail en op kantoor bij Lauren was top, super aardig en scherpe prijs. Ook het bezoek aan huis van James was fijn en behulpzaam. Daarna plaatsen 2 mannen, netjes geplaatst. We hadden nog Electra probleem naar het plaatsen, Lauren regelde direct een monteur, bleek niets met de montage te maken, hadden elders een storing bleek achteraf. Wel fijn dat ze snel reageerde. Super fijn bedrijf en nu na een paar maanden kunnen testen zeer tevreden. Ik zeg dikke 10.

Amazing service from K&M. A replacement unit ordered and installed in less than a week. Special thanks to Lauren and Sergio who were both very helpful. We have used them previously and will definitely use them again in the future.

We had obtained a number of quotes for a new Air Con system for our apartment in Calpe. The quotes were very high until we spoke with K&M and were introduced to James & Lauren. From the start of our initial enquiry Lauren was brilliant in providing fast and efficient communications that led to the installation survey and final quote that we agreed. The value offered was excellent! James and the installation team were incredibly efficient with installing the compressor at the rooftop location and the air handling unit located in the ceiling of the flat. They were able to complete the entire job in the same day. We would recommend K&M Home Services to everyone who wants a very competitively priced high-quality Air Con system!

Zeer goed en professionele bedrijf. Denken mee zijn erg vriendelijk en hebben een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. De eigenaren komt zelf alles opnemen en maakt duidelijk afspraken.
