They did a larger project for us in our new house. 7 indoor AC units. They were very thorough and asked us for input throughout the process. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. They even pulled new cables through existing conduits when our circuits gave out. Amazing team. I highly recommend them!

From the first email enquiring about getting a quote to the installation of the air con units the service was second to none. The engineers who did the fitting worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards, though the fitting was very neat and tidy. Would highly recommend.

I needed 4 new AC units in various rooms. Very friendly, fast and professional service, from the moment I made the appointment with Lauren, to James arriving to survey the installation, then the team of installers, supervised till completion by James. I was really impressed with the whole process, and very reasonable price´s. I totally recommend K&M.

If you consider replacing or installing an air-conditioning, do yourself a favor and contact them. I wanted to replace the split air-conditioning (General 10Kw) of our apartment (110m²). The installation consists of an outdoor (high on the balcony) and an indoor unit (above the bathroom ceiling) and cools/heats 3 bedrooms and the living room. After an extensive search on the internet my choice was limited to the Daikin SkyAire and Panasonic Elite and I requested a quote from a number of places. I got good prices for a Standard Panasonic but not for the Elite nor the Daikin so in the end I considered buying a Daikin on the internet if I could find someone to install it. With this in mind I approached K&M. I received an answer within 20 minutes. I explained the situation and K&M agreed to install one (as long as it was in the original factory packing) but asked if they could also provide a quote for the machine and the installation. The next morning at 9am James and Kerry (the owners) came by to view the situation. At 11.30 am I had the quote: A lot less than the lowest quote I had and an additional one year garantee! Within 2 days 3 technicians started working and at 2pm the same day they had finished the job, cleaned up the mess, mopped the floor and I had a great machine working. Much quieter than the old one, seems to warm the rooms much faster (it is winter) and easy to operate. Great! I don't often write reviews, but this was such a pleasant experience that I would like to make an exception. I can recommend K&M without reservation, they truly deserve my 5*****
