Fabulous service. Couldn't fault them. I plucked their name off Google when our previous supplier couldnt help. Keen for the business, competitively priced, prompt, polite & when we encountered a problem outside of their control, they returned as promised. Thoroughly recommend K&M. Many thanks.

Technicians came to install a new a/c unit. They were cooperative and tidy so met my expectations. Upon the completion, all disturbed furniture was returned to their positions and the worked area was cleaned and the equipment was demonstrated to be functioning correctly. A very satisfactory job undertaken.

I just want to say how pleased I am with your company. I bought an Aircon unit from K&M and although the unit itself is very good, the exterior bracket holding the unit started to rust. I communicated the problem to K&M’s office. The efficiency from reporting the problem to having a new bracket fitted has been excellent. Thank you K&M. Dennis Ainscough 😊

Awesome experience with James and the whole K&M Home Services team! We’ve had 4 mini-split aircon units replaced by them in our villa, and they did a fantastic job. They most recently replaced a Panasonic unit that was malfunctioning and they fixed an incorrect installation from another company which caused a backup in the condensation drain. Their installers are professional and left the job site clean and tidy. Highly recommend them for air conditioning new installations or replacements.

From the very first time I made contact with K&M Aircon they were supa efficient. They got back to me via WhatsApp in minutes and communicated with me through out the whole process. The technicians were professional and worked very neatly. They even serviced my other two aircon’s ! I cannot say enough good things about this company and their staff!

I would like to thank the K&M Home Services team (especially Lauren) for their prompt and professional assistance in installing an air conditioning system in my new home in Calpe. Initially, I contacted several local companies that either didn’t respond to my emails at all or couldn’t provide any concrete information. K&M replied the same evening, and within a few days we coordinated all the details remotely.

At first, it seemed that installing the system would be too late and I would have had to wait until my next visit to Calpe. However, Lauren rearranged the schedule with another previously planned client and gave me that time slot. The work was also carried out quickly and at the highest level of professionalism.

Here in Spain, this has been an exceptionally positive experience for me. The entire team speaks excellent English (which is important to me, as my Spanish is not very good), and they handle all questions promptly and professionally. They advise on the most suitable solutions, and every single member of the K&M team communicates with clients in a friendly and pleasant manner.

In short – 5+++ service in every respect. I recommend them to everyone – you will definitely be satisfied and will come back again. I am already planning further work with this wonderful team.

K&M fitted air conditioning in 3 rooms and installed a large unit to work all 3. The service was excellent. The two fitters were very professional, polite and cleaned up really well. The whole experience from initial quote to complete installation was done in under a week. I would highly recommend using K&M.

I recently entrusted K&M with installing an air conditioner in my home office, and they did a fantastic job. I was able to get an appointment on short notice, the technicians arrived exactly on time, and spoke multiple languages (even including Hungarian). The AC works perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier!

K&M installed 2 new Aircon units for us in 2 bedrooms. Their service from the first message I sent via their website and installation was first class. Lauren responded to my message very promptly and arranged for a home visit the following day for a free advice and estimate of the costs. James even came back the following day as I had a few more queries about the best location of the units etc. Installation was then agreed for the following week. The technicians were were very professional and kept the mess to a minimum. Unfortunately, they could not finish the external installation due to very heavy rain but came back the following day to complete the job. The installation of the units was not straightforward due to it being an old stone Finca and complicated access, however Andres completed the job to an exceptionally high standard. We are very happy with our 2 new units. Thank you again to James an his team for a job well done.

instalaron en KM un aire LG 3×1, tanto en la oficina como los instaladores,3, que nos mandaron puntualmente tal y como nos dijeron, a las 8:30 h, y despues de quitar todo lo viejo, empezaron a instalar todo lo nuevo a las 3 de la tarde habían terminado. Muy competentes y nos dejaron todo limpio, barrido y fregado. Tanto en la oficina como los instaladores, muy simpáticos y eficientes. Los recomendamos.

Sinceramente si necesitas instalar un aire acondicionado acude especialmente al proveedor K&M SERVICES en Calpe gente competente y su técnico Juan gran trabajo limpio y muy satisfecho y muy amable
