The delivery time was one week and they came for installasjon as agreed. The workers was polite and professional , the installation was done quickly and tidy and they cleaned up before leaving. If you consider replacing or installing an air-conditioning, do yourself a favor and contact them. I wanted to replace the split air-conditioning (General 10Kw) of our apartment (110m²). The installation consists of an outdoor (high on the balcony) and an indoor unit (above the bathroom ceiling) and cools/heats 3 bedrooms and the living room. After an extensive search on the internet my choice was limited to the Daikin SkyAire and Panasonic Elite and I requested a quote from a number of places. I got good prices for a Standard Panasonic but not for the Elite nor the Daikin so in the end I considered buying a Daikin on the internet if I could find someone to install it. With this in mind I approached K&M. I received an answer within 20 minutes. I explained the situation and K&M agreed to install one (as long as it was in the original factory packing) but asked if they could also provide a quote for the machine and the installation. The next morning at 9am James and Kerry (the owners) came by to view the situation. At 11.30 am I had the quote: A lot less than the lowest quote I had and an additional one year garantee! Within 2 days 3 technicians started working and at 2pm the same day they had finished the job, cleaned up the mess, mopped the floor and I had a great machine working. Much quieter than the old one, seems to warm the rooms much faster (it is winter) and easy to operate. Great! I don't often write reviews, but this was such a pleasant experience that I would like to make an exception. I can recommend K&M without reservation, they truly deserve my 5*****

We zijn zeer tevreden wat de installatie van onze airco betreft. Alles verliep vlot en aan een redelijke prijs. De voorbije dagen hebben we reeds kunnen genieten van een aangename klimatisering en alles wijst er dus op dat we een schitterende aankoop hebben gedaan. K&M is vast en zeker een aanrader.

I have my best recommendations! The service is excellent. I had installation of an air conditioner and the technicians are friendly and helpful. And an extra thank you to Lauren in the office/shop who assisted and communicated in a very professional and thoughtful way. We will always come back ! And I highly recommend them to others.

Excellent products and customer service. I bought 4 A/C units from here around 3 years ago, and they have been excellent. I recently order spare filters, additional remote controls and dongkes to connect the A/C to my WiFi. Lauren and Tracey are a credit to the company for how they communicated with me regarding the items I ordered.

K&M provided a professional, prompt, efficient and friendly service. The initial review and quote with James clearly demonstrated his knowledge and came up with some excellent suggestions to change the way our air con was configured. Kerry checked our needs and removed old heating units then left Juan and Sergio who worked non-stop throughout the day removing the old units and replacing with new ones. A follow up visit and final finish of a couple of outstanding bits was handled the next working day. All in all the whole experience was excellent I would happily recommend their services and have already done so for one of our neighbours.

Rapid response to a call out request and speedy follow up for replacing a broken aircon unit. One day after the first visit the quotation was emailed and on the second day which was a public holiday, the new system was installed and operating. First class work by the technician.

Muy recomendable. Me han sustituído un equipo de aire por conductos. Relación calidad-precio muy buena.
