Very good service, quick fix

K&M are always professional and efficient - Juan was on time and carried out our Aircon service.

I recently entrusted K&M with installing an air conditioner in my home office, and they did a fantastic job. I was able to get an appointment on short notice, the technicians arrived exactly on time, and spoke multiple languages (even including Hungarian). The AC works perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier!

K&M installed 2 new Aircon units for us in 2 bedrooms. Their service from the first message I sent via their website and installation was first class. Lauren responded to my message very promptly and arranged for a home visit the following day for a free advice and estimate of the costs. James even came back the following day as I had a few more queries about the best location of the units etc. Installation was then agreed for the following week. The technicians were were very professional and kept the mess to a minimum. Unfortunately, they could not finish the external installation due to very heavy rain but came back the following day to complete the job. The installation of the units was not straightforward due to it being an old stone Finca and complicated access, however Andres completed the job to an exceptionally high standard. We are very happy with our 2 new units. Thank you again to James an his team for a job well done.

First-class professional service from start to finish from the initial call with Lauren to the site visit by James and installation by Andres and his team. We would highly recommend this extremely efficient and personable company.

instalaron en KM un aire LG 3×1, tanto en la oficina como los instaladores,3, que nos mandaron puntualmente tal y como nos dijeron, a las 8:30 h, y despues de quitar todo lo viejo, empezaron a instalar todo lo nuevo a las 3 de la tarde habían terminado. Muy competentes y nos dejaron todo limpio, barrido y fregado. Tanto en la oficina como los instaladores, muy simpáticos y eficientes. Los recomendamos.

Sinceramente si necesitas instalar un aire acondicionado acude especialmente al proveedor K&M SERVICES en Calpe gente competente y su técnico Juan gran trabajo limpio y muy satisfecho y muy amable

Having bought a property we needed to redecorate, but the air con units has been positioned too close to room corners,
So we asked K&M to remove the shell cases then come back a week later to reinstall them.
Quite a small job but K&M were more than happy to help.
Great communication throughout, reliable engineer's arrived on time when they said they would and did a great job.

It’s very simple: K&M is top-notch. I had an air conditioning installation and a gas boiler installation done with them. Communication was always fast, professional, and clear. It’s also very easy to communicate remotely via email, WhatsApp, and phone when I’m not in Calpe. Their quotes are transparent and straightforward. They think along with you about what needs to be done and take care of everything where possible. They make the right recommendations and are extremely reliable. Everything moves forward quickly and is installed correctly and neatly. In short, don’t hesitate — with K&M you can be confident of the result!

I recently purchased air conditioning units from them, and the entire installation process was fast and professional. When I had trouble connecting the units to the Wi-Fi, the team came back and put in a lot of effort to ensure everything was set up and working perfectly.

We had used K&M a few years ago and needed them to service existing air con units and fit a replacement unit. The service from first enquiry to installation was first class. We needed to have our five air conditioning units cleaned. We contacted K&M Aircon and were very satisfied. An employee came by the same day and gave us a quote. We got an appointment the very next day, and all the units were cleaned. The employees were very nice and friendly and did a great job; it's a fantastic company that I would gladly recommend. Simply excellent.

I didn't even call around for other options, I wanted to go with a superb company to ensure the ducts were cleaned properly for my families health and I'm so glad I did. Fabulous experience and both of the men who came out were so friendly and professional to me, my kids and our dog! They also wear booties without needing to be requested! Highly recommend!
