We needed to have our five air conditioning units cleaned. We contacted K&M Aircon and were very satisfied. An employee came by the same day and gave us a quote. We got an appointment the very next day, and all the units were cleaned. The employees were very nice and friendly and did a great job; it's a fantastic company that I would gladly recommend. Simply excellent.

After scouring the internet to find a service company who would and could sell and install an air-conditioning unit, I found KM Home Services. This company paid me a visit in person, gave me multiple quotes and installed my selection within a few days. I am very satisfied with everything they did for me. If I need to replace another air-conditioning unit, I know who to contact! I highly recommend this company for their expertise.

Contacted them online for a free quote and the whole process only took 7 days to complete. Engineers arrived within 2 days with quotes arriving by email, the following day. Installation would have been quicker but I was not available that day.. Kept me informed throughout the process and I can highly recommend the standard of their work.

Excellent prompt and reliable company. AC packs in , technician came same day. The day after,12.30 pm fitter arrived with new AC Units. By 3.30 all done and dusted, up and running . Recommended.

After an online information request Lauren contacted me to set an appointment to have James have a look at the house and the airco possibilities. We purchased two air conditioning units from K&M Air Con in Calpe for our house in Spain on the Cumbre del Sol near Benitachell to replace two older units. In addition, we had a new air conditioning unit installed and another air conditioning unit checked and serviced.
The three new units were ordered from K&M Air Con in Calpe from Germany and the installation was scheduled in advance for October 2025. Lauren at the K&M Air Con office provided us with excellent support and organised the installation with technicians Juan Ignacio and Sergio. We were able to clarify everything with Lauren in advance by email or telephone without any problems.

We highly recommend K&M Home Services, located in Calpe. They replaced our air conditioning system. It was a fairly complex project that was expertly completed within a day. The entire process, from purchase to installation, went very smoothly and professionally. We would especially like to thank Lauren and James for their efficient approach. Their fast, clear, and professional communication is in good hands. We would also like to sincerely thank Andres for his expertise and hard work. We had an air conditioning unit installed in our villa in Teulada by K&M Home Services and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Andres arrived promptly for the site survey, spoke impeccable English, and quickly assessed our needs before booking us in for installation. We returned to the UK while the work was carried out, and everything was handled exactly as agreed. The team installed the unit, sent us photos, and left the villa exactly as they found it. Communication from Lauren in the office was clear and friendly throughout. Tremendous service – we couldn’t have asked for more. We’ll definitely be contacting them again for another AC unit in due course.

Onlangs dringend technisch nazicht van oude airco unit nodig gehad voor klant in Calpe. Ik belde en kreeg Lauren aan de lijn. Zij was heel toegewijd en de afspraak kon snel geregeld worden. Andreas, deed het nazicht en diagnose was " airco was defect en van het type dat nog een soort gas bevatte, wat ondertss legaal nt meer gebruikt mag worden.
Na overleg met klant werd nieuwe airco besteld, en installatie werd snel erna uitgevoerd door Sergio en Juan. De voorrij kosten van het initiële nazicht werden in mindering vd factuur gebracht, wat attent was. Hoed af voor iedereen die betrokken was via K&M Aircon, allen zeer klantvriendelijk, beleefd, professioneel én op tijd. Een absolute aanrader! 🎯

Dealt with Lauren organising the replacement of our ducted air con system. Communicated price and work. Andreas and Wan installed on the arranged day. Installation was very well handled and any issues dealt with. All rubbish removed and site left clean. Very happy with overall service and install. No hesitation in recommending such a good organisation. Well done.
