Great service. Very quick to come out when we had a problem with our air con, and even tho very busy they fitted a new unit the following week. Engineer came out on a bank holiday for an extra fee. He was prompt, efficient and very nice to deal with. Lauren in the office was extremely helpful. New air con unit is really good. Great experience from start to finish 🙂

We recently purchased a 3 new airco's.
James came to our house and gave us plenty of advice and information on the types of airco. James gave us the clear options from which we could choose. James gives honest advice and explains the pro's and con's of every model so that you as a customer can choose.
Lauren and James are always available when you need extra advice.
Delivery was fast and hassle-free. The unit was then installed expertly and neatly by two friendly technicians. Everything went smoothly and professionally from start to finish.

Wij wilde een nieuwe airco en vroegen 3 offertes aan waaronder K&M uit Calpe. Afspraak gemaakt met Lauren die over de planning en de showroom gaat. En op de afgesproken tijd kwam James die een eerlijk en vakkundig advies gaf over de buiten en binnen unit. We hadden gelijk een goed gevoel en binnen 1 dag de offerte. Na accoord kon hij de volgende week geplaatst worden. Weer op tijd kwam er een Nederlands sprekende monteur die met zijn maat binnen 4,5 uur alles klaar hadden en de airco werkt goed. Ze werkte zeer netjes , we hoefde niks te doen alles verplaatst en weer terug en keurig alles schoongemaakt. Dus zoekt u een betrouwbaar bedrijf voor een Airco of werk aan een Airco zou ik zeker eerst K&M bellen. Lauren en James spreken perfect Engels.

They did a larger project for us in our new house. 7 indoor AC units. They were very thorough and asked us for input throughout the process. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. They even pulled new cables through existing conduits when our circuits gave out. Amazing team. I highly recommend them!

From the first email enquiring about getting a quote to the installation of the air con units the service was second to none. The engineers who did the fitting worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards, though the fitting was very neat and tidy. Would highly recommend.

I needed 4 new AC units in various rooms. Very friendly, fast and professional service, from the moment I made the appointment with Lauren, to James arriving to survey the installation, then the team of installers, supervised till completion by James. I was really impressed with the whole process, and very reasonable price´s. I totally recommend K&M.

Recently had three Air Con units installed in our property by these guys. Very professional service. Fantastic communication. The workman were friendly, efficient and left everywhere spotless. An amazing job all round.
